For families navigating the bumps and beauty of ADHD

This stuff is hard. You adore your child - but some days feel heavy with exhaustion, fear, and doubt. You are trying to stand up for your child’s needs while holding your family together.

I have been where you are now. I am a mum to two children with ADHD and I have done my fair share of shouting, crying, and fighting to get my children’s needs met and understood. At Brilliantly Different Minds, I use coaching and mentoring to help families like yours to navigate the challenges with clarity, compassion and confidence.

How I can help

My mission is to help you feel like a calmer and happier parent, and help your child to understand who they are and feel more confident. You can:

  • Join my free Facebook group. This group is a free, safe community for parents and carers of children with ADHD, built around the idea that our kids’ minds are brilliantly different, not broken. Here, we learn, share, and lift each other up

  • Contact me about 1-1 coaching and mentoring for parents and young people who have an ADHD diagnosis
